We are adopting this to improve the speed and efficiency of client communications.
Use of the portal is simple, and we will advise you in due course on how to access documents. Ink-signed paper accounts and Tax Returns are no longer required by the Revenue or Companies House.
Use of the electronic approval feature of IRIS openspace will provide ourselves and our clients with an accurate record of approved documents without having to post paper.
Of course, we will not insist that everyone uses this feature and will provide the usual paper based service to anyone, or even a combination of the two if requested.
